Elevate patient outcomes through collaboration.

Welcome to the Complete Health Study Club

Here, we create a space where dental and medical professionals can step outside traditional silos and collaborate on airway-first, whole-health care. The Study Club is designed for those who want to move beyond surface-level treatment and explore how airway, sleep, systemic health, and lifestyle all connect to shape long-term patient outcomes.

I’m Dr. Nick Ritzema, founder of Complete Health Dentistry in Grand Rapids and host of the Complete Health Study Club. My career has been guided by a commitment to treating patients as whole people, not just a set of symptoms. Over the years, I’ve seen the power of integrative, collaborative care to transform lives—and I wanted to create a community where like-minded providers could experience that same shift together.

The “WHY” Behind the Complete Health Study Club

The Study Club was born from the simple question: What if we treated dentistry and medicine as part of the same story? Too often, our patients fall through the cracks because providers work in isolation, missing the root causes behind issues like poor sleep, chronic inflammation, or long-term dental breakdowns. By bringing professionals together—from general and pediatric dentists to orthodontists, hygienists, sleep physicians, ENTs, bodyworkers, and functional medicine providers—we create a space for honest case sharing, clinical curiosity, and authentic dialogue.

Our culture is transparent, kind, and human-centered. Meetings are hosted inside Complete Health Dentistry to give members a real-world look at how an integrative care model works in practice. More than lectures, these gatherings are about connection—building referral networks with values-aligned peers, sharing what’s working (and what isn’t), and leaving every time with new clarity and hope.

The Complete Health Study Club exists to normalize elevated, collaborative care across disciplines and to serve patients who value comprehensive, out-of-network care. Together, we can push the conversation forward, strengthen one another as providers, and deliver the kind of outcomes our best patients deserve. I look forward to growing this community with you.
